One pair of Veritgo socks are included with our Platinum and Gold Memberships.

We require our specially designed Vertigo socks to be worn while enjoying our attractions. They can be purchased for $3.50 and can be brought back each visit.

You can bring up to 2 friends at $10 per guest for 120 min (Platinum) and 90 min (Gold) per day.

Gold Memberships have access during open hours Monday to Friday excluding Vertiglow from 7 pm to 9 pm. Platinum Memberships have access during open hours daily and includes Friday and Saturday Vertiglow admission.

Yes, each membership is on an individual basis. In order to jump, each member of your family will require their own membership or a purchased buddy/parent pass. Memberships are non-transferrable, and you cannot share your membership with anyone.

Memberships are not valid towards birthday party or group event participation.

Everyone who is jumping in the inflatapark area must have a valid waiver on file and be checked in at the front desk (including non-jumpers). You do not have to sign a new waiver with each visit, as long as there is an active waiver in the system. Guests must be 18 years or older and present a government issued photo ID to sign a waiver. If you are under 18 years old, a waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. In most cases, waivers remain valid for one year.

Memberships never expire. You will continue to enjoy the attractions each month you are enrolled.

Absolutely, Platinum memberships receive 15% off and Gold memberships receive 10% off our birthday party packages.

Platinum memberships receive 15% off and Gold memberships receive 10% off on all food and beverage purchases.

There is a one-time, $10 processing fee per membership. To activate a membership, a legal guardian or parent will need to fill out the Membership Agreement, sign a waiver, present a government issued photo ID and place a form of payment on file.

You can easily update your payment information on our website, alternatively, you can call or let us know at the front desk the next time you visit.

Monthly memberships require a valid credit or debit card. Cash payments and gift cards of any kind are not accepted for the recurring program.

Memberships are active immediately upon purchase.

Memberships can be purchased in-park or online.

All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. Cancellation requests can be made prior to the completion of the 3-month term. Recurring payments will continue until your 3-month term is up. Following the 3-month term, cancel anytime without penalty. To cancel click here.
